Composition et fabrication

\Grape varieties

This wine is composed of Grenache and Syrah, the proportions of which vary according to the selection and the optimal blend of barrels.We however tend towards an equal distribution between the two varietals.

\Soil

Its soil is clay-limestone with rolled pebbles and saffre.

Localities: Valori, l’Etang, Cristia and Coudoulet.

Garnet colour and brilliant and concentrated substance

Nose

Strawberries, spices and cocoa

Mouth

Velvety and mellow tannins on the palate, notes of prune, cherries in brandy, long and remarkably fresh.

Suggestion de consommation

Suggestions for food and wine pairings:

Game or meat in sauce, or roasted on a spit. The little extra: with a chocolate dessert.
