Superb clear and limpid colour with golden glints.

Nose

Very pronounced notes of honey and acacia flower.

Mouth

A round and ample wine with distinctive aromas of candiesconfectionery, honey and an aniseed touch, with yet a beautiful acidity for a perfect balance.

Suggestion de consommation

Suggestions for food and wine pairings:

Raw or cooked sea food (ex. slightly cooked scallops in olive oil), fish in sauce (papillotes, waterzoï…), poultry and quality cheeses. After 6 years of age, it will go very well with foie gras.
