Dark red colour with bright red glints
Nose
Notes of vanilla intermingled with red fruits (cherry and blackcurrant), and with little tannin.
Mouth
A round, easy-drinking wine, smooth on the palate.

Food and wine pairing
As an aperitif or as a dish, it can be drunk in place of a rosé (served at 12°C) and will be pleasant even for delicate palates.
